Abner Suarez’s life is a testimony of the goodness and faithfulness of God upon a person’s life. As a freshman in college, Abner’s life and destiny would be forever altered through a moment of surrender that resulted in a life-changing encounter. Since then, Abner’s life has been marked with a deep hunger to know God and walk as an expression of His character and power as a lifestyle.
Over twenty-six years after this life-changing encounter, Abner’s journey in pursuing God’s assignment upon his life has taken him around the world, where he functions as a speaker, prophetic voice, and advisor. His ministry is marked by the ability to call forth the destiny of individuals, churches, cities, and nations of the world. He has been welcomed in various streams in the Body of Christ and different sectors of society, including government, education, and business. His greatest passion is simply knowing God. From a posture of friendship, he has a God-given mandate to equip the people to display the brilliance of God in the earth.
Abner Suarez is the founder and President of For Such A Time As This, Inc. He is an ordained minister with the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening under the leadership of Randy Clark. One of Abner’s greatest desires is to posture his heart as a lifelong learner. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina. He also holds a Master's in Ministry from the Wagner Leadership Institute and a Doctorate in Education from Oral Roberts University. He is an avid reader, coffee drinker, and New York Jets fan. He is married to LeAnne, the love of his life. Together they welcomed their first baby girl, Hadassah Joy in July 2023.

Pastor Chris Ritchie
Chris is a husband, father to four amazing children, a third generation worship leader, pastor, independent filmmaker, and actor. He carries a deep passion for leading people into the glorious songs of worship and releasing the sounds of Heaven.
The music and entertainment bug hit Chris as a young man. Always dreaming of playing on the big stage and acting in film, he was driven to pursue both music and acting. In college he and his older brother bounced from band to band, eventually forming the Christian alternative/pop rock group called Salt The Band. Their first album Mr. Brown debuted in 1999. Christianity Today heralded Salt The Band as one of the top 10 unsigned Christian bands in 1999. "If you’ve ever wanted to be into a band before they broke big, now’s your chance" they wrote. They would go on to play festivals with Petra, Audio Adrenaline, The Katina Boys, Plumb, Skillet, and many other popular CCM acts of the late 90's early 2000's. Chris was even asked by Toby Mac if he would consider auditioning to be a DC TALK dancer, to which Chris declined.
After many successful years as an indie band Chris and his band mates decided to call it quits. They did however have six months of shows scheduled and were committed to fulfilling their obligations. It was during that six month period that a starter record label offered them a recording contract. They would be the third band on the new label joining Big Daddy Weave and By The Tree. But staying true to their belief that God had called them to walk away, they refused the deal. In 2005 Fervent Records was bought out by Word Records.
Chris continues to lead worship and is currently the lead pastor at Encounter Church Vegas.
