Kashabba Tribe Ministries is honored to partner once again with our good friends at Fatherhood Ministry in Rwanda to continue to the process of Kingdomization in the church and outside of it through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Over the last few years, momentum has been building as Holy Spirit keeps imparting the realities of God’s Kingdom to the church in Musanze, Rwanda. The desire is to keep partnering with Holy Spirit to see the church grow into mature bride, ready for her bridegroom to come. The plan is to continue to Kingdomize pastors and leaders through a four-day Prophetic Conference and afterwards break into smaller “Special Spiritual Forces” teams to bring the reality of the Gospel of the Kingdom to the surrounding villages outside of Musanze. In addition, during the course of the Prophetic Conference we will again be ministering healing in the regional hospital, hope in the prison, love in the School for the Blind, friendship in primary and nursery schools, and more. Once again this ministry trip will have something for everyone and be an incredible adventure as Kashabba Tribe Ministries hosts its first mission trip within the borders of its new home in Rwanda! Whether it’s training pastors in the prophetic or loving on the “forgotten ones” in the villages outside of Musanze where few go, there is truly something for you. We are looking for a good-sized team to come and set the Northern Province of Rwanda into a Holy Ghost revival as the name of Jesus is lifted high. Come and be part of the renewal, revival and transformation of Northern Rwanda!

BASE COST: $1,500. This includes application fee/deposit, lodging and 2 meals per day. More details in packet sent after acceptance to trip. If there is a free day when you are on your own, you will be responsible for your own meals while out.
APPLICATION FEE/DEPOSIT: $300 (included in base cost above) and must be submitted with application. Applications submitted less than 8 wks. prior to departure MAY incur an add’l $200 late fee. Under some circumstances the late fee may be waived.
AIRFARE: You are responsible for travel arrangements and costs to/from your location to the Kigali Airport (KGL) in Africa. In prior years good deals have been found to Kigali International Airport on Brussels Air, Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Air, and Qatar Airways. There is no airport tax in Rwanda and if there is, it’s already included in your ticket price.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION: No cost to you; you will be picked up from and taken back to the airport at arrival/departure.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION 1: $400-$700 TBD. Optional 2-day safari to Akagera National Park.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION 2: A 2nd gorilla trekking excursion could be planned that would be an additional cost to you.
SPENDING MONEY: $50 is fine. If you want to plan on purchasing extra food or like desserts perhaps $100. If you plan on souvenirs or taking home lots of coffee, you may want to plan on more.
PASSPORTS: All USA team members are required to have a valid passport good for 6 months BEYOND your trip date. If you do not have a valid passport, please do this NOW. Application forms to apply for a passport are available at post offices. Currently, United States passports are valid for 10 years. For more information on applying for a US passport contact www.travel.state.gov.com.
VISA: All U.S. citizens are required to have a valid tourist visa. A visa may not be required if you have a passport issued by a country other than the U.S. Visas can be purchased upon arrival in Kigali for $30. More info will be available in your travel packet.
ITINERARY: A detailed itinerary will come in your travel packet.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: For prior years, if you were not selected for a team, your deposit would be refunded in full. After your application has been processed, you may cancel up to 8 weeks prior to your departure date in order to receive a $150 refund of this deposit. If for any reason, a team member cancels after 8 weeks prior to the departure date; the full deposit will be forfeited. Specifics on this policy for this year will be in this year’s travel packet.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: In prior years it was recommended that because many medical insurance companies either do not provide coverage when the insured is out of the US or they do not provide emergency medical evacuation insurance (which can be very costly), it was required that each team member to obtain emergency coverage. You are welcome to use your own Travel Insurance provider. This year’s requirement will be in your travel packet.
VACCINATIONS: Yellow Fever required; takes effect in 10 days.
