OVERCOMING COVID19 THROUGH GOD'S LENSES

My prayer and my desire for you is that this email finds you and your family well during this unprecedented season. About three and half weeks ago the manner in which many of us functioned in our daily activities changed dramatically. While it took me a few days to begin to adjust my mind around

what was taking place in the world, my first priority was to lean into the heart of God for this season for what He was speaking. I want to share with you just a few thoughts I believe are from God’s heart for us in this season:

• COVID 19 does not change God’s purpose for the earth; though it may hinder or delay, it will not prosper, and God’s purposes will be fulfilled (Joshua 21:45).
  
• Take time to review what God has spoken to you individually and corporately; revelation knowledge is our currency to see, declare and move into what God has promised (Proverbs 29:18).
  
• Do not make moves or actions without consulting God in this season (John 5:19-20).
  
• Pray for all those in authority during this time (2 Timothy 2:1-3).
  
• Inquire of God for specific insight, wisdom and understanding on how
  to pray (James 1:5-6).
  
• Inquire of God of how your time can best be spent in this season;
  unexpected circumstances present us with unexpected opportunities.
  

One of the characteristics that is defining many in this season is a spirit of fear. Fear is manifesting itself in many different forms. Perhaps it is fear of lack, fear of the unknown, fear of receiving the virus, or fear of being alone. If you are feeling overwhelmed with fear, I encourage you to take this as an opportunity to inquire of the Lord. Ask the Lord to give you wisdom and insight as to the root cause of your fear. Repent of any areas in which you have aligned with fear and allowed it to overwhelm you. May this be a season of complete deliverance and wholeness for you in Jesus’ name! While all of us
may be challenged by thoughts and feelings of fear, as believers we are commanded continually, “Fear not.” We are not to fear because we are to be people of faith. Faith anchors us in the promise of peace and provision regardless of the world crisis.
In the middle of this crisis, know that God is working all things for the good of His people. God will answer the prayers of His people and be faithful to His word. For the Lord says, “I have sent my angels on assignment to respond to my people’s steadfastness of faith and declaration of my word. Be on guard for what is released from your mouth in this season for did I not say to you, ‘Death and life are in the power of your tongue.’ Do not grow weary in well doing nor be moved by what you see for I desire you to see reality from my perspective, and you can believe me and trust me in this season. As you
believe me, you will see provision, abundance and breakthrough.” Yes, for the Lord says, “I am the God of the breakthrough and I am indeed breaking through for my people in this season. Abundance, wholeness and surplus is My people’s portion in this season!”
I want to once again thank you for standing with us as a faithful Covenant Partner. Your partnership is the foundation that allows the vision God has placed upon my life and ministry to be sustained and continue. I am asking for you to please continue to be faithful with your regular giving to this ministry during this season. As you know, a very large part of my ministry assignment is extensive travel to minister in public meetings and corporate gatherings. One of the challenges for us in moving ahead is that there are many unknown changes taking place on a regular basis. I am believing God for His grace and wisdom to bring clarity and understanding on how best to proceed in this season. Would you please stand with us in this prayer of agreement?
I also want to ask you to prayerfully consider sowing a special offering in this season. I remain committed to continue with our monthly financial commitments to outreaches around the world that include feeding programs, missionaries and churches around the world. Some of those with whom I have relationship and that we support are some of the hardest hit because of the restrictions that have been placed upon them. Thank you in advance for your faithfulness to God and this ministry during this time!
During this season the Holy Spirit has also birthed a prayer call. The prayer call is now taking place Sunday through Friday at 4:08 E.S.T. The purpose of the prayer call is to pray and unite as one and intercede prophetically into the purposes of God for this season. I have so enjoyed these times of prayer and intercession and how God has moved so powerfully! Please consider joining us as often as your schedule allows.
